“Was visiting the local area recently and badly needed to see an osteopath for lower back pain. Jan did a great job in working on and relieving my poor back, and also gave some great advice for other female health issues I have been experiencing.
I have had a lot of experience in receiving osteopathic treatments in the past and would fully recommend Jan to anyone. She uses deep tissue work and stretching to achieve the necessary releases and correction to posture rather than the more usual 'clicking of back' but even so I found it very effective.
